These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and JLI777 ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at jli777.net ("the Platform").

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any feature of the JLI777 Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms apply to all users of the Platform regardless of how they access it — whether via desktop browser, mobile browser, or the JLI777 mobile application.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and JLI777.

JLI777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Access to and use of the JLI777 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for participation in casino-style gambling activities in the Philippines as regulated by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). JLI777 strictly enforces this requirement and will request government-issued identification to verify your age.
• Jurisdiction: You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful at the time you access the Platform. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is legal in your location.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law or the laws of your jurisdiction.
• Single Account: You may hold only one registered account on JLI777. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of any balances held in duplicate accounts.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether voluntary or imposed, that restricts your access to online gambling platforms.

To access the full features of the JLI777 Platform, you must create a registered account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms.
• Identity Verification (KYC): JLI777 is required by PAGCOR regulations to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. You may be required to submit a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, or driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. JLI777 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to maintain credential security.
• Notification of Unauthorized Access: You must notify JLI777 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account by contacting our support team.
• One Account Per Person: Each individual may register only one account. Accounts are non-transferable and may not be sold, assigned, or otherwise transferred to any other person.

All financial transactions on the JLI777 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

4.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. JLI777 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank, subject to availability.
• Deposits are credited to your account balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. JLI777 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes published on the Platform. Standard withdrawals via GCash and PayMaya are typically processed in under five minutes, subject to KYC verification status.
• JLI777 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal. This is a regulatory requirement and is not discretionary.
• Withdrawals will only be made to payment accounts registered in the same name as the registered JLI777 account holder. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. JLI777 reserves the right to impose maximum withdrawal limits, which will be communicated on the Platform.
• JLI777 reserves the right to withhold or delay withdrawal processing if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms pending investigation.

JLI777 may offer bonuses, free credits, cashback rewards, and other promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's terms:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which will be clearly stated in the applicable promotion terms. Bonuses may not be withdrawn until wagering requirements have been fully met.
• Bonuses are issued to one account per person, per household, per IP address, and per device. Attempting to claim multiple bonuses through duplicate accounts or other means constitutes fraud and will result in account suspension.
• JLI777 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already opted into a promotion will be notified of material changes where reasonably practicable.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds may be subject to maximum withdrawal caps as specified in individual promotion terms.
• JLI777 reserves the right to reclaim any bonus or bonus-derived winnings if it determines, in its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or any other conduct designed to exploit promotional offers.

All games available on the JLI777 Platform — including live dealer tables, slots, card games, virtual sports, and all other game types — are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by those rules.

• RNG Certification: All non-live games on JLI777 use Random Number Generator (RNG) systems that are independently certified by accredited testing laboratories. The outcomes of all RNG-based games are entirely random and cannot be predicted or manipulated.
• Live Dealer Games: Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers in real time. Game outcomes are determined by physical game elements (cards, roulette wheels, dice) and are not subject to software manipulation.
• Technical Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game round, JLI777 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the player's account. JLI777's decision in such matters is final.
• Collusion and Cheating: Any form of collusion, use of automated betting software (bots), exploitation of software vulnerabilities, or other cheating is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the JLI777 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering or attempting to register more than one account on the Platform.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any such gains are considered void and must be returned.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players or Platform staff.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software or infrastructure.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing JLI777 staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.

JLI777 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices across all aspects of its Platform. We recognize that gambling can become harmful for some individuals, and we take our duty of care to our players seriously.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their accounts at any time via account settings. Once set, limits cannot be increased for a cooling-off period of 24 hours.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set session time reminders to help manage the duration of their gaming sessions.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: The Platform provides periodic on-screen reminders of time spent and amounts wagered during active sessions.
• Age Verification: JLI777 enforces strict 21+ age verification in compliance with PAGCOR regulations and Philippine law.

All content on the JLI777 Platform — including but not limited to the JLI777 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and all other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of JLI777 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes.
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of JLI777.
• Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit to JLI777 regarding the Platform may be used by JLI777 without any obligation to compensate you.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, JLI777 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits due to technical malfunctions, disconnections, or system errors beyond JLI777's reasonable control.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any game for maintenance, regulatory compliance, or other operational reasons.
• Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform.

JLI777's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

JLI777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated by the player against JLI777.
• Determination that the player is under 21 years of age.
• Regulatory direction from PAGCOR or any other competent authority.
• Extended account inactivity, as defined in the Platform's inactivity policy.

Upon account closure for cause, JLI777 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. If no wrongdoing is established, any remaining balance (net of applicable fees and forfeited bonuses) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting JLI777 support. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days, and any remaining balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method.

JLI777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, JLI777 will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform.

The revised Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

JLI777 operates under the regulatory oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Any regulatory complaints may be directed to PAGCOR through its official channels.

Dispute Resolution Process:

1. First Contact: In the event of any dispute, you must first contact JLI777's customer support team and allow a reasonable period of not less than fourteen (14) calendar days for the matter to be resolved internally.
2. Escalation: If the dispute is not resolved to your satisfaction within the internal resolution period, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism.
3. Jurisdiction: For any disputes not resolved through the above process, both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent JLI777 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate interests.
